4 months before your Wedding day:

- Select an accompanist/organist, if applicable

- Call Suzanne James at (402) 614-8683 to check
Jocelyn's availability

- Schedule a Music Planning Session to select/discuss
possible songs

In order to provide you with the
highest quality music possible,
please follow the provided
schedule when preparing
for your ceremony.

3 months before your Wedding day:

- Obtain and complete the required "Wedding Music
Planning Sheet"

- Send your completed "Wedding Music Planning Sheet"
to Suzanne James for processing (8225 Clay
Street, Omaha, NE 68122)

- Schedule a Music Rehearsal 2 months in advance of
your wedding with Jocelyn and your accompanist.

2 months before your Wedding day:

- Finalize your song list with both Jocelyn and your
accompanist at the Music Rehearal

- 1/2 of your total vocalist bill is now due

1 month before your Wedding day:

- Provide specific information regarding your Wedding
Rehearsal to Suzanne James (402) 614-8683.

- Check with Suzanne James for distance conflicts, if
necessary.

Your Wedding day:

- Have an attendent/family member submit the second
1/2 of your vocalist bill to Jocelyn following the
ceremony.
