| As of Friday, December 20, 2003, all of Melinda's kittens have been adopted! A special "Thank You" goes to Jill Setterburg, Beth Flynn, and Merlin's Refuge who helped find adoptive homes for the kittens! | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| We found a beautiful calico cat on July 14, 2003 who we affectionately named "Melinda." Her five kittens were four weeks old at the time, and although Melinda was very thin, she was feeding and protecting her babies with the best of care. Melinda and her kittens were evaluated by the veterinary staff at the American Animal Hospital in Omaha, NE. They all tested negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV. All have been vaccinated. Since we were unable to locate Melinda's owners, she and her kittens were placed in new, adoptive homes. |
